This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal information when you visit www.outdoorfactory.com Personal data is processed in accordance with the KVKK and, where applicable to visitors from the European Economic Area, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data.
• Request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK.
• Request that corrections, deletions, or destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
• Object to a result to your detriment arising from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems.
• Claim compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.

If you are located in the EEA, you additionally have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, withdrawal of consent, and data portability under the GDPR, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

 

12. How to Exercise Your Rights

You may submit your requests concerning your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK in accordance with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures of Application to the Data Controller: in writing to our registered address above, via our KEP address, or via email to info@outdoorfactory.com from an email address previously notified to us, together with information verifying your identity.

Your application will be concluded free of charge and as soon as possible, and in any event within thirty (30) days at the latest. If your request is rejected or you do not receive a response within the statutory period, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Outdoor Factory is not responsible for their privacy practices or content.

 

14. Children’s Privacy
